Cambodian Activities

Kampot Pepper Farms
Kampot Pepper is the most famous (only famous) Black Pepper in the World. It sells for up to 10 times regular black pepper. And it comes in Red, White and Green too. (the Green is fresh pepper and only available in Cambodia).

Several Kampot Pepper Farms are around Kampot and Kep (formerly part of Kampot, and the origin of Kampot Pepper).

These farms all have free tours, free tastings, and some have meals.

Kampot Durian
The top Durian in all of Cambodia. Most know it as the “Stinky Fruit”. You might not like it, but it is as good as gold in Cambodia. During the harvest season, you will see Durian sold everywhere, and you can visit a Durian farm as well.

Wats
Ever hear of Angkor Wat. Here in Kampot, we don’t have Angkor Wat, but we do have several Buddhist Temples (Wats) around town.

Visitors are welcome in the Wats any time of year. If you’re here on a Buddhist holiday, you don’t want to miss a visit to the Wat.
